Nature of services
PCA provides introduction, coordination, and advisory-style concierge services. Final contracts for third-party goods or services (such as aviation, accommodation, or medical services) remain between you and the underlying provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees & payments
Fees, deposits, and payment milestones are set out in proposals or engagement letters. Indicative quotations are estimates until confirmed. Late payment may affect service continuity.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCA's liability arising from services is limited as set out in your engagement terms. We are not liable for losses caused solely by third-party providers, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
